It's worth a try. For both of us. (Hey was your pity party as much fun as mine, mine was a fucking blast!).

There's some good NLP stuff out there on this. I think it's called 'reframing'. Also very CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy). But then you probably already know that.

nothing for a week, and now this. I love this stuff a lot more because it shows more about you. There's nothing better than your illustrations, except when they are accompanied by narratives. I hope you are doing ok, we'll talk real soon, i hope. I've been helping Conrad paint his new apartment and i start at the Éco-Quartier on tuesday.
